About this extension
A quick, exact unit converter for the lab bench and the literature.
Type a value, pick two units, copy the answer. Everything runs in your browser with exact decimal math, so 0.1 mcg to g gives 1e-7 g, not a floating-point approximation.
What it converts
It tells you what's missing
Moles need an exact molecular weight (type one, or use a Peptide Library profile's). IU is specific to each substance, so there is no universal IU conversion. Mass never turns into volume without a concentration. Instead of guessing, the converter explains what it needs.
Also included
Privacy
No access to the websites you visit. Conversions never leave your browser; the only network request is an optional lookup of a peptide's molecular weight. Anonymous usage counts are off unless you turn them on.
For research and education only. Not medical advice. Peptide Library does not sell peptides.

What it converts
- Mass: g, mg, mcg (µg), ng
- Volume: L, mL, µL
- Concentration: g/L, mg/mL, mcg/mL, mcg/µL, ng/mL, % w/v
- Amount and molarity: mol, mmol, µmol, nmol; M, mM, µM, nM, with a molecular weight
- IU, only with a substance's own IU-per-mg factor

Also included
- Concentration from an amount in a volume, shown in several units
- Dilutions: C1·V1 = C2·V2, solve for any one value
- History and pinned conversions, kept on your device
- Address-bar shortcut: type "pl 250 mcg to mg"
