- Fixed: the "Image from Link" and "Image from File" fields in the background-image setting were not actually hiding — a CSS rule (display:flex) was unintentionally overriding the browser's built-in [hidden] behavior. Added an explicit rule to fix it.
- Changed: replaced the per-tile delete "×" button with a three-dot (⋯) menu button.
- Added: clicking the three-dot menu opens a small dropdown with "Edit" and "Delete" options.
- Added: "Edit" opens a modal dialog to change a tile's name and link, with validation (only http/https links accepted).

- Fixed: favicons for sites with no icon available now cache a "not found" result, so the default fallback icon appears instantly on every tab instead of after a multi-second delay.

- Added: new "Background Image" setting with three modes — None, Image from Link, Image from File.
- Link mode: enter a direct image URL and click "Set"; the image is downloaded and applied as the background.

- Background image is stored separately from exported settings (not included in Export/Import) due to its size; the selected mode itself is included.
