Switched from Imagus to this very nice extension. It is a bit resource heavy from time to time but a very good extension all in all.

PhotoShow employs a sophisticated algorithm to identify and detect all images on a page, which can occasionally be resource-intensive. Numerous updates have already been implemented to enhance performance, but some impact may still be noticeable in certain cases.
