Bug fixes and faster, more reliable submitting.

• Fixed the poll panel sometimes failing to open, or closing again, when a poll started.
• An answer picked while a poll is already running is now applied immediately.
• Fixed Submit being sent too soon after the option click, which made PW.live show "Unauthorised Scope Access". The default "Click timing" is now Fast, with Careful and Exact as alternatives in settings.
• Fixed the wrong Submit button being chosen on pages with several, polls skipped because of clock differences, a deselected answer still being submitted, and a stale answer staying armed for the next poll.
• Fixed the extension disabling itself after a cancelled "leave page?" prompt, stalling while the tab is in the background, and high CPU use on busy pages.
• The status line now shows measured timing and tells you whether the page actually accepted your answer.

No new permissions. The extension still makes no network requests.

Initial Firefox release. Poll Assist adds a small control next to the poll
icon during live PW.live classes — pre-select your answer (A/B/C/D) and it's
selected, and optionally auto-submitted, the instant a poll opens.

This build matches feature-for-feature with the current Chrome version
(v3.3's UI): a custom delay slider, polished popup and in-page panel, and
real-time poll detection via the class's own WebSocket feed rather than
polling. Full version history is in README.md.
