About this extension
Adds a simple form on your GitHub Pull Request forms, which allows you make a simple risk assessment for your Pull Request. The assessment is based on the NIST risk assessment matrix, allowing you to specify impact, and probability of the change causing issues.

The assessment is only visible for you, and if you're signed in and have enabled sync between your accounts - also synchronized across browsers.
