PR Templates for GitHub by Trần Xuân Thắng

This extension is for auto-fill templates when opening a new pull request on GitHub, and also provide the small button to select a preferred template in the pull request description editor toolbar.

The template definition can be added by adding a simple YAML text file URL (from GitHub's Gist, for example).
