1. Data Collection
   Privacy Guard does not collect, transmit, store, or sell any personal data, browsing history, user credentials, or communication content.
2. Local Storage
   The extension uses the browser's local storage API exclusively to persist your feature preferences (such as enabling or disabling specific suppression rules and UI theme settings). This data never leaves your device.
3. Network Interception
   Network request modifications and suppression logic (such as blocking tracking pixels or suppressing typing status indicators) are processed entirely on the client side in real time. No intercepted payload is transmitted to third parties or remote servers.
4. Changes
   Any future updates to this policy will be clearly documented in the official open-source repository release notes.
