Data Collection
This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It operates locally within your browser, analyzing network requests, cookies, and scripts only to display results to you. Specifically:
- No browsing history, personal details, or scan results are saved or sent externally.
- Tracker detection (e.g., google-analytics.com) and cookie counts are processed in memory and reset per tab.
- Fingerprinting checks (e.g., canvas usage) are heuristic and local—no data leaves your device.

Permissions
The extension uses:
- webRequest and webRequestBlocking: To monitor and optionally block tracker requests.
- cookies: To count cookies set by pages.
- <all_urls>: To scan all webpages you visit.
- storage: For potential future settings (not currently used).
- activeTab: To interact with the current tab’s popup.

All actions are performed locally to provide transparency without compromising privacy.
