“Not active on every website or active only on this website” We didn't ask you to reinvent America. I think you are using stalling tactics because you don't want to do it. I made a comment like this for an application I don't want to name, I was directed to the website, but the website feedback form was not working. I hope I made myself clear.

Fora isso, muito bom.Developer response

Как я на него зайду, если для этого и скачиваю это приложение чтобы открывать заблокированные сайты?
то есть надо сначала найти другой VPN, чтобы установить этот

I read through other reviews and stumbled across EnbyTea's review. This is exactly what my frustration is:
> free version is useless since you can't select countries in it anymore. If you're going to pay money for a VPN do it elsewhere.
The developer's response is also useless:
> The default auto-connect option will connect you to the fastest available server for you. This leads to better load balancing and higher speed, which is a priority for free users. That said, you still have the option to switch to another randomly allocated server by disconnecting and reconnecting again, or you can upgrade to connect to a specific server of your choice (["URLs are not allowed." says mozilla]).
If you are providing free version, do it right. This does not make any sense to just randomly connect to some random freaking server. You either make a really good free version or none at all. Everything in between will ALWAYS result in extremely terrible user experience. This is why, I will never be upgrading. I will just go ahead and find other extension for a better free experience.Developer response
posted 21 days agoOur mission is to make online privacy accessible to all, and that's why we offer a Free plan that costs $0. Our free VPN has no ads, no logs, and is as secure & private as our paid plans. It's made possible thanks to the support from our paid users, and NOT your data. With that in mind, certain features and functionalities are necessarily available only on our paid plans. - Rated 5 out of 5by Boris, 23 days ago

After you wake it up, Firefox has no Internet connectivity until you close and reopen Firefox, or disable the Proton VPN extension.
Developer response:
"Sorry to hear that. Could you share more details about the issue? What version of Firefox do you currently have installed? Are you receiving any error messages after waking the device from sleep? Are you using any other extensions for privacy/security purposes? Contact us at [support form URL] with more details so we can investigate the behavior further."
My response to developer:
I filed a support request with details last week and haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed to see a response to my review here before getting a response from support. But since I'm getting a response here:
Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.4460
Firefox 132.0.2
Proton VPN 1.2.3
No error messages (unless I open up the Browser Console)
Other extensions in use include uBlock Origin and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials.
The problem immediately goes away when I disable Proton VPN after waking from sleep. I can quickly toggle the extension off and back on and Proton reconnects and everything works from that point.Developer response

- Rated 2 out of 5by Arnold Youth, a month agoI like Proton's products, but if you're using this one, just use the desktop app. I don't know what it is, but it makes the browser slow. The desktop app is fine though, so maybe I have an incompatibility issue or something. I use LibreWolf for my browser.
