The main purpose of this extension is to let the users know about the status of any news article. This extension helps them see whether the news article is already annotated or allows them to send the article to the PublicEditor team to annotate.

For example,
1. Head over to https://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2004.htm
2. The extension must be showing green color since it is already annotated by PublicEditor team.
3. You can check the annotated article here at: https://newsreader.publiceditor.io/9bd0eae3c209e1ba2fa6cd651515e4f6

4. In case it wasn't already annotated, the extension won't show any green color, and upon clicking on it, user will see a blue button reading "Send it for Review".
5. If they click on it, the URL will be sent to the backend and PublicEditor team can start working on it.
