Privacy policy for PymDrop
PymDrop does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
When the extension is active, image URLs (e.g., https://example.com/photo.jpg) are sent to the proxy server configured by the user. This is necessary to compress the images. The proxy server is self-hosted by the user; PymDrop's developers do not operate a central server and have no access to these URLs or the images.
The extension stores user settings (server URL, whitelist, compression quality) locally in the browser using chrome.storage.local. No analytics, telemetry, or tracking data is collected by the extension itself.
