by Firefox user 13937307, 7 years agoi used the original Morning Coffee addon. since the new FF i switched to Brandons version wich is a fine replacment ...yet this addon has a few more handy features like the Day/Site-Matrix or the option to add a site via the toolbar icon.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Robin, 7 years agoGreat replacement for the original Morning Coffee that I used for years.
Will rate as 5 stars if you add on 1 little feature - the ability to actually open the web page from the URL listing. Both the daily list and the complete list - Rated 5 out of 5by Tankcommander, 7 years agoWorks just like the older version. Very happy with this one. Retains right click to add functionality, which makes setup much easier.

posted 7 years agoMorning Coffee Quantum is not the original extension. Both this and MCQ are Quantum-compatible updates of Morning Coffee (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/morning-coffee/), which was originally released in 2006. As the original author has not updated Morning Coffee, multiple developers have created replacements. MCQ was not the first of these, but it was the first to leverage the Morning Coffee connection.
Each replacement provides a different user experience, but the goal of Quantum Coffee is to be the most feature-rich and intuitive to use.
