About this extension
Quick Marker helps you mark important text while you read. Select a passage on the page and click the extension to highlight it instantly. Highlights are styled to remain readable and can be removed with a single click. Your preferred highlight color is saved in the extension options and syncs across Firefox, so the look is consistent wherever you sign in.
The extension is built for a safe browsing experience. There are no inline scripts, no remote code, and no use of unsafe HTML APIs. It only asks for the permissions it truly needs and injects its content script on demand, so it doesn’t run on every site by default. Quick Marker aims to stay simple and reliable for everyday reading and research.
