About this extension
Quick Save URLs helps you capture links without breaking your flow. Click the button to save the current tab’s title and URL; optionally include any highlighted text from the page. Your data stays on your device in browser.storage.local. There are no accounts, no trackers, and no remote servers. You can export your list as JSON for backup or sharing.
The popup keeps things simple: save the tab, include selection if you want, and see your recent saves at a glance. An options page lets you choose whether to attach timestamps. The extension injects a tiny content script only after you interact with the popup, keeping permissions tight and respectful of the page.
This add-on is designed with AMO policies in mind: no inline scripts, no eval, safe DOM APIs only, no remote code execution, and the fewest permissions required for the job.
