Fixed a bug where an invisible "video" that didn't even exist would cause the extension to error internally. It makes perfect sense, don't question it.

- Added filters for the view count and the channel name
- Added an on/off switch for the extension
- Added Quick Delete mode: when on, instead of videos being deleted, they get a red background and you can click the thumbnail to mark the video as "Not interested"

- Fixed playlist type - YouTube's update broke the detection
- Tweaked the import process - it outputs error messages and works on Chrome now
- Set minimum Firefox version properly. You should still use the latest browser version whenever possible!
- Tiny tweak that might slightly improve performance on older systems
