About this extension
Reel Advance makes the reel you are watching automatically move to the next reel when the current finishes.
Facebook's web player loops a reel instead of ending it, so the extension watches the playing video and detects the loop wrap (and the ended state). It then advances using the viewer's own controls, and verifies the reel actually changed before counting the advance as a success.
Controls:
- Toolbar button toggles the extension on or off (badge shows ON/OFF).
- Options let you set how long it waits after a reel ends before advancing (default 0.4 seconds).
Good behavior built in:
- It never advances while you are typing in a comment or message box.
- It only runs inside the Reels viewer.
- It stores nothing but your two settings, on your own machine.
Privacy: Reel Advance collects, transmits, and shares no data of any kind.
