re:Invent Hive by SharpBits

re:Invent Hive shows you which coworkers at your company favorited or reserved AWS re:Invent 2026 sessions, so you can plan the week together.

On the re:Invent registration site and My Calendar
- Each session card shows a count of coworkers who favorited or reserved it. Hover over the count to see their names.
- Add a private or shared note to any session from the card.
- Share personal calendar blocks, such as a team dinner or a booth shift, with your coworkers using "Share with my hive".

My Hive
- By person: each coworker's agenda, grouped by day, including your own.
- By session: every session your coworkers picked, with who favorited or reserved it.
- Time grid: the week at a glance.
- Now and next: during the event, what your coworkers are attending now and next.
- Filter by team, person, day, time, venue, session type, level, topic, or keyword.
- A mobile web page at reinvent-hive.com shows the same view on your phone.

How it works
- Sign in with your re:Invent registration email. Hive sends a one-time code to that address.
- Your company is determined by your email domain. Only signed-in people at your company can see your data. Public email providers are not accepted.
- Your favorites and reservations sync automatically when you visit the registration site or My Calendar.
- Create or join teams, then choose who sees your favorites, reservations, and notes: Nobody, My teams, or Entire company. Nothing is shared until you choose.

Privacy
Hive stores your registration email, name, job title, company name, favorites, reservations, notes, teams, and the calendar blocks you share. It does not read other websites or your browsing history, and it contains no analytics or advertising. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.
