I was going to downgrade this to 2 stars because of my cash back problem. I've been using it for years and getting the discount posted, so that's worth a couple of stars. However, the cash back enticement... In the years I've been using it, I have not gotten one single cash back reimbursement that the site promises. They said I needed to be logged in, and I've ensured that I am. But I never received cash back. Rakuten automatically sends (or sent?) it when it reaches a certain amount. RMN didn't tell me that I need to go to their page and manually request a payout. So that's what I did. If you don't know to do it.. well..? Now I do.

3 Pros:
-I feel safe with RetailMeNot.
-I've been using the website since before apps or browser add-ons were "a thing" and RMN often has a code that others don't.
-You can go to the RMN website to look for more.
The add-on isn't so pushy like some others are so once you dismiss it, it usually stays silenced; but if you want it, it's right there on bar.
3 Cons:
-On the flip side, sometimes they don't have anything helpful but at those times, most other places don't, either.
-The add-on isn't so pushy like some others are so once you dismiss it, it usually stays silenced; but if you want it, it's right there on bar.
-If you don't go to the website or check otherwise to be sure you're logged in at RMN, you may not get what their offer says, so you need to make a note of it until you see it has appeared in your account.
I'd still use it anywhere available. In all the years I've used it, I've gotten a number of discounts (although some didn't end up in my account and now I know better); but I've never ended up with anything aggressive on my computer -- just some minor cookies.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18989349, 3 months agoFor some reason Retailmenot's discount codes are not coming up when I'm checking out of different websites and I don't understand why not. I don't see a way of contacting RMN and I am very disappointed. HELP!!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Pizzaforhugs, 9 months agoYou will never receive a reward through this extension. I have carried through with multiple offers through this site, completed the purchases required by the activated offers, and zilch. Nothing. So frustrating.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Fusky Shopping, 9 months agoThese apps work by manipulating affiliate codes to steal from the original affiliate and redirect it to themselves at time of checkout. See what is happening to Honey right now.
Clicking any button on this addon automatically gives RetailMeNot the affiliate reward. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15454194, a year ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by dealingindeals, a year agoI would like to be able to disable the auto pop-ups that come up and cover a page when RMN has a deal. Instead, I would like to just continue seeing the red "badge" notification on top of the RMN toolbar icon with the percentage. Unfortunately it doesn't look like I can do this.
