Seems to have 0 protection against bots or manipulation. If it has it is extremely poor. Might be useful for scam detection but seem to be very easy to manipulate. Perhaps add a warning for that to be transparent?

Return YouTube Dislike is triggering YouTube adblocker detection. It was working fine until recently but now I have to disable the app otherwise I'm blocked from watching videos.
