Right Side Comments by lasu

This is an open-source extension which allows for reading comments while watching the video simultaneously. Instead of colorful thumbnails on the right side, there will be comments related to the chosen video. The recommendations can be toggled on to be seen below the comments (not recommended for addicted users). They are disabled by default to escape the mindless consumption loop. The description is automatically expanded by default as there is no comments beneath it, rearranging the elements to be more useful for the user.

Options:

Options that work only with the first one enabled:
- expand descriptions automatically
- hide recommended videos

The default shortcut is Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Y, but can be changed in Firefox in about:addons - gear icon - Manage Extension Shortcuts. All options can be toggled by clicking the extension, and then clicking the slider toggles. Works for light and dark mode.

NOTE: screenshots have everything with square edges (video, buttons, profile pictures) - this isn't done using RSC, it's done using a UBlock Origin filter. Some changes in the screenshots are done by other extensions, this extension only moves comments, removes recommendations and expands the description.
