Ritual by Ruth T
A calm new tab and a sidebar on every site. Plan one thing, focus with a timer that keeps distracting sites out of the way, take one-minute breathers before meetings, and keep a journal that's always open.

About this extension
Ritual turns every new tab into a small pause, and keeps a quiet sidebar at the edge of every site you visit.
Tasks. One thing at a time. Keep a short list in Ritual, or connect Todoist or Google Tasks and work on the tasks you already have. Type something vague and Ritual breaks it into steps.
Deep Focus. Pick a task and a length: 25, 50 or your own. Sites you've blocked stay blocked until the block ends. Add rain, café sounds or a stream underneath if that helps.
Blocked sites. Redirect the sites that pull at you, and see where your time actually goes.
Journal. Always open and saved as you type. There are prompts worth answering, a full-screen mode for longer writing, and a place for meeting notes.
Recharge. One-minute resets offered before meetings and after long blocks, like a breath, a stretch or a reason to stand up.
Calendar. Your day as a list, with the next meeting, the free time between, and a gentle reminder before each one.
Your data stays yours. Everything lives in your browser. Sign in with Google only if you want backup to your own Google Drive and sync across computers.
