Data collection and transmission
Rob's Code Injector does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or technical data with the developer or any third party.
- All rules, settings, saved libraries, and library groups are stored only on your device in Firefox’s local extension storage (
storage.local). - The extension does not send any data to external servers.
- The extension does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising.
Remote URLs in rules
If you add remote URLs (e.g. CDN links) in the Includes tab or in Library Manager, your browser will load those resources only when a page matches your rule. Those requests are made by the browser to the URLs you configured; the extension does not send your rules or browsing activity to any server. Only the sites you visit and the URLs you chose to include are involved.
Permissions
The extension requests:
- tabs / activeTab / host_permissions – to know the current page and inject content only on the sites you specify in your rules.
- storage – to save your rules and options locally.
- webNavigation / scripting – to inject your scripts and styles at the right time.
None of these are used to collect or transmit data off your device.
