I didn't want to use the browsers saving my p/w's due to security reasons, so I stayed with my Roboform.j I've been around since your first version and unless something comes out that's free and has a drag and drop feature and works better on android phones, I'll continue to use you and recommend you to all of my friends, family and clients. I do have one issue, you NEED to improve your android version, it's highly lacking in every way possible. It needs to intuitively work with apps that already have logins, like Facebook for example. You don't have the ability to create a new login to a site or app wit much ease, it's a big pain to do it at all possible in some apps, URL's and situations. You can't create, or use identities which is very important in an online world of buying items online with our smartphones. So i'm still giving you a five but if you don't upgrade the app, I'll have to start looking among the MANY MANY MANY password, bookmark and Identity Managers out there. I'd hate to have to leave you as I'm a very loyal follower but if something's better that your product and continues to stay better, and you were a consumer, you'd leave too! So Hire some extra help, maybe raise the price temporarily for new customers in order to fund the extra changes, and get the needed changes (and I'm sure YOU KNOW what you need done done, I don't have to tell you, it's YOUR COMPANY! ).....). SINCERELY, Bry from my new site www.connectwithbry.com, coming soon , because people need your product, but they need every part of it from the password generator to the Identity Creator, not just the bookmark and password savor And they'll pay for a fully featured one that works the same and syncs on all platforms uniformly. I'm going to make sure I"m using what I joined a lot time ago, your affiliate program to help sell your great product. Just think about my thoughts and advice as a 20 year veteran webmaster! :)

If this happens to you they told me to reboot and then click in the puzzle piece and select Pin to Toolbar. I had done that but that option did not show up. The reboot must have taken care of it.
