- Rated 3 out of 5by Amazon13, 5 years agoIt is requesting updates too often. I do not agree with the newest terms of use and agreements. I do not want a password manager that is Universal across the board. Also I really do not like that the purchase is tied to the email that you register it with. And after you pay for it, it is not transferable to a new email, in the event that you have to change your email account. That is why I am not purchasing the paid version! I have been a paid customer for more than 20 yrs and all of a sudden Roboform changes their rules totally!
Not a good idea for the long time customer... For 20 years, I never even thought about using another Password Manager, Until now! - Rated 5 out of 5by Sneaky Snake, 5 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15169550, 5 years agoThis is the most convoluted difficult installation I have ever encountered. Directions are missing or unclear. I have spent 2 days trying to get this thing to work. I ran the install but apparently you have to run it twice for it do everything. I shouldn't have to login to every screen every time. If I login to roboform, I should be able to navigate throughout the product without having to reenter my master password. I have tried the tutorials but I can hardly tell the difference between the screen prints and the directions. For me, this is a kludgy disaster. I just tried to go back to the tutorials but they won't display any longer so I can't get any more help.

I just wish the fonts on the browser extension would be bigger and easier to read - why not make it a little bigger, and to open what I'm searching for in a new tab by default? That makes sense to me...

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15162688, 5 years agoEvery App and On-Line Account now requires a User ID and a Password and Security Advisors strongly suggest Multiple Passwords, completely unique, one from the other, which requires creating dozens of them. Obviously, one can't remember them all and creating unique Passwords can be a problem.... but NOT if you have RoboForm. One Master Password and all the others can be generated, changed easily, and readily accessible. I have been a pleased customer for many years now and HIGHLY recommend RoboForm.
