- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13464476, 7 years agoThis add-in is totally worthless. I have had it for a few weeks and it never completed a password on any site I have visited. Don't bother, you'll be aggravated
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13460398, 7 years agoUsed to be good, hasn't been for a while now...
This hasn't been working for me for the last months - and on today's Firefox update to v57 Quantum, still no joy.
- autofill doesn't work, fill forms just doesn't do anything.
When auto fill did not work, and I had to go via menus to "fill forms" it was tedious
- looking at other solutions with an icon in the login/password field has attracted me to try them out and I have subscribed to one of them.
Gmail two stage login has never worked for me with Robo
- followed Robo's faq instructions, but it just saves the password, does not save the login, when I make it save both, it still doesn't fill anything
- in the past, I had to rely on Firefox's own Sync (I know, not so secure) as it used to work in tandem with Robo, but since the new Robo addon/extension we had to install, they both don't work together
- removing the Roboform extension = Firefox Sync works! (and Firefox Sync works with Gmail two stage)
I have to manually open Roboform from taskbar to search, copy and paste.
Other use is for password generation - which has to be done via the extension... no longer there as it's uninstalled.
- so what am I paying for?
My annual renewal is next month, Roboform you have a few weeks to get this working on Firefox.
In the meantime, I will clean up the data in preparation for export. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13459791, 7 years agoUSED to love RoboForm before you were required to change from version 7. Tried 8 for a while but then returned to 7 because I did NOT like some of the new features of 8. NOW I find I am forced to go to 8 again. SORRY condition, to say the least. My recommendations for RoboForm will cease.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13444859, 7 years agoUsed to work fine. After the Mozilla upgrade and roboform upgrade, it no longer sees the pop-up g mail login.
Very disapointed with the way it now works. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13440773, 7 years agoMany of the old features don't seem to be working correctly
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13439454, 7 years agoAppalling! This is an underhanded way to force an upgrade to the new annual pay version by preventing the add-on for the series 7 version to be enabled together with a requirement for a list of "permission" that I have no intention of granting.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13439435, 7 years agoEvery update Roboform gets worse, I am un installing now
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13439197, 7 years agoIch benutze dieses Passwort-Programm schon sehr lange und bin äußerst zufrieden damit. Es erspart einem sehr viel Zeit und Umstände, indem man das benötigte Passwort sofort einfügen kann, ohne lange in irgendwelchen Unterlagen suchen zu müssen.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13439079, 7 years agoI hate the new update.
I don't want to grant Roboform all those required permissions. It seems that every update is getting more and more intrusive. I want to go back to the old version or drop Roboform altogether and get another, less demanding password manager. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13438381, 7 years agodoes not work at least 50% of the time. i have to reset passwords. doesnt seem to work on my laptopwindows or cell/android either, only some times on my desk top/windows
very frustrating, it worked well at the beginning but the last few years not.
considering switching to another robo type system very soon unless... - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13428954, 7 years agoBeen using Roboform for several years with Firefox ... wonderful app ... until the last Roboform update ... now the add in doesn't work ... an it is a pain in butt to have to use the Roboform editor to copy/paste ids and passwords ... I've tried a bunch of times over the past week to install the addin ... no luck ... Roboform says its a Firefox issue ... please fix it!!!!
Man muss also für jede Plattform neu lernen.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12892509, 7 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13417365, 7 years agoIt no longer works easy as the previous version. There are also not so many options as in the previous version. Very confusing to me. I was used to an easy environment and now I find it very complicated. Why should I log in before I decide to ask for a password? The old version was much more easier to use.
- Rated 1 out of 5by sammy11, 7 years agono longer works well with Firefox. I will try Last Pass. Does not work well with anything. A constant struggle to get the passwords open.

- Rated 1 out of 5by G.Marshall, 7 years agoWill not download to Firefox. Connection failure.
No problems my end with Internet connection. - Rated 1 out of 5by Michael Banks, 7 years agoI am not happy at all. I have been using Firefox for years with out a hitch. Going to ver. 8 has really confused me. If I understand the setup correctly, 1) because of the conversion to a new data format I have to open a new data account to keep the old data and new data separate.
Fine I think I understand that. The problem is 2) I can not use my email address that I have used for years. I don't have an additional address. If I uses my current address then it merges the two databases. The blending of both databases could make my data unusable. Then I have zip. I don't want zip, I'd like to use Roboform. Please have one of your techs give me some options on how to correct or work around this issue. Don't put this out as a review. Just list it as an issue I'm having a problem with. Thank you.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13401355, 7 years ago1) Lower toolbar does NOT show logins for the window with focus. I have a window minimized and that is the one that is showing in the lower toolbar. When I click on a tab in this window that requires entry of a password, the RoboForm entry for the minimized window still shows. It is worse than useless.
2) More often than not, when I select the login information from the 'lower toolbar' the information is NOT inserted into the fields. I have to open the editor and copy and paste the information that I need to put into the fields.
I really should go back to RoboForm Version 7 even if it does stop working with Firefox soon, it is way more useful and less annoying than this version 8.4.1.1
Once the 30 day trial runs out, I will definitely be looking into a different Password Manager that works with Firefox. (Unless Siber Systems can resolve these show stopper problems before then.)
