- Rated 4 out of 5by jam502, 7 years agoSeems to be a problem somewhere, first purchased 27/04/2013, and set up 'Auto-renewal', but it does not seem to work properly. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Otherwise, seems to work well, or I would not keep coming back.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13508668, 7 years ago1) When started, it was a one-time purchase. Then it switched to require and annual repurchase.
2) Does not work with some programs like Thinkorswim.
3) Often will not FillForms saying it sees no open browsers.
4) It does a good job with it's prime mission of preserving PWs when logging in to new sites - often too good, saving multiple logins. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13508236, 7 years agoI have been using RoboForm for years. The old Firefox add-on allowed you to place the toolbar at the top of the browser screen. The new extension does not allow that. When the toolbar is placed at the bottom of the screen, it hides information that I need to see from Firefox regarding URLs. This is a MAJOR problem and I may begin to look elsewhere for a password manager. PLEASE FIX THIS.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13467035, 7 years agoUnfortunately the lower toolbar hides Firefox's "Find" box and the status bar which shows URLs when you hover above them.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13504055, 7 years agoI would much rather have the toolbar at the top than at the bottom. I wish there were an option to change to the top of the page.
