Latest version
Version 1.7.1
Released Oct 18, 2026 - 89.81 KBWorks with firefox 128.0 and laterNew
• Outlook.com: the "Analyse" button now works on outlook.live.com.
• Side panel (Chrome and Edge): choose in the popup to show the full report next to your inbox, instead of a card or a tab.
• The result card closes by itself when you click elsewhere, press Escape or open another email.
Improvements
• More reliable results: the email reaches Sender Audit byte for byte, with no encoding change that could make DKIM fail wrongly.
• An email over 5 MB is reported at once, without downloading it in full.
• Delegated Gmail mailboxes and addresses in the URL (/mail/u/name@domain/) are supported.
• An open draft at the end of a conversation is no longer taken for the latest message.Source code released under All Rights Reserved
Older versions
Version 1.5.0
Released Oct 16, 2026 - 79.94 KBWorks with firefox 109.0 and laterVersion 1.5.0
New: sender authentication right in your inbox
• A coloured dot before each sender in the email list shows how well their domain is protected, as Gmail judged it: DMARC enforced, DMARC in monitoring mode only, no DMARC, or DMARC failure. Hover, focus or click the dot for the details (SPF, DKIM and DMARC results, DMARC policy, displayed sender, return path, DKIM signing domain).
• In an open email, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and the DMARC policy are shown next to the sender, along with the Sender Audit score and a link to the full report when you already analysed it.
• Works without a Sender Audit account: only email headers are read, from Gmail, in your browser. Nothing is sent to Sender Audit.
• Can be turned off from the popup settings.
Improvements
• The Analyse button now sits after Gmail's own toolbar icons instead of in front of the back arrow.
• The analysis card opens with Gmail's verdict already shown when the email is in the list.
• One redirect less when reading an email from Gmail.
Fixes
• Return path domains no longer show a stray quote for some mailing lists.Source code released under All Rights Reserved
Version 1.4.0
Released Oct 15, 2026 - 69.76 KBWorks with firefox 109.0 and laterVersion 1.4.0
New: results right inside Gmail
• Clicking "Analyse" now opens a card under the button instead of a new tab: Gmail's own SPF, DKIM and DMARC verdict appears instantly, then the Sender Audit score out of 100 and our authentication verdict once the analysis completes. The full report is one click away. A setting in the popup restores the previous behaviour (report in a new tab).
• One Analyse button per message in a thread, to analyse exactly the message you want.
• Keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+A) and right-click menu entry.
• Results are kept for 7 days: reopening an email you already analysed shows its result instantly, without using your quota.
• Remaining daily analyses shown in the popup.
• Scan history now shows the subject, sender and score of each email.
• Clear error messages with the action that fixes them (sign in, see plans, try again).
• Extension available in English, French, German and Spanish; popup dark mode.
Fixes
• In a thread, the latest message is analysed (the first one was sometimes used).
• Your plan's daily quota now applies, instead of the anonymous per-IP limit.
• Disconnect now removes every stored credential.
• Your session no longer expires after 90 days while you keep using the extension.
• Connecting another account from the website now asks for confirmation in the popup.Source code released under All Rights Reserved
