About this extension
Send to QNAP++ is a download manager front end for your QNAP NAS app, Download Station (DS). Within your browser, send links directly to DS to handle long-running downloads rather than your local browser.
Features
• Support for Torrent / Magnets and HTTP/HTTPS file URLs (eg. MP4, MP3, ISO, ZIP, etc)
• Context menu and Quick-add input for multiple link submissions
• Automatic queuing of download links when the NAS / DS is unreachable
• Automatic interception of large downloads directly to DS
• Automatic folder routing - Define folder routing rules for file patterns or domains then set the folder it should be downloaded to
• Search downloads
• Downloads are organized into separate tabs: Downloading (active), Paused, Seeding (torrents), and Completed
• Completed tabs are organized into date groups (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Earlier)
• Authentication Helper Add-on for Download Station (see below)
Usage
On a webpage, bring up the context menu for a link (eg. right click) and select Send to QNAP++. The file is sent to Download Station. Alternatively, from the browser toolbar's Extensions list, select Send to Qnap++ extension icon and paste your download links into the Quick-Add input field. Progress can be monitored directly within the extension.
Optional: Authentication Helper
Some file hosting sites (Gofile, Mega, MediaFire, RapidGator, and 30+ others) may require session cookies to download. Without extra help, Download Station can't use your browser session, so downloads fail or return an error page instead of the actual file.
Send To QNAP++ Auth Helper is a free, optional QNAP Download Station addon that fixes this.

Installation (5 min):
1) Download the .addon file above.
2) Open Download Station (on NAS) → Settings (3 dots) → Add-on tab → (+) → select the .addon file.
3) Go to App Center → Download Station → Stop, then Start.
4) Done! Authenticated downloads will now work automatically.
💡Without this addon everything still works. Some authenticated sites may fail, but you can always hold CTRL key to bypass auto-intercept and download directly in Firefox instead.
