- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14690521, 4 years agoScary & suspicious. Seems same app operating under different names. Emailed my complaint to them directly. They replied they were sorry & hoped I tried again in the future. NOT sure why these are offered by FF as addons. I now suspect everything offered. I have started using Windscribe & it is proving to be easy, effective & trustworthy.
I installed Firefox version from FF app page. Seemed to work in setup phase. After login; tried to use by choosing a server country from the list. Gave me a lame excuse about being too weak to get past my firewall. BS since it is operating through Firefox which already has full permissions to access internet. THEN, suggested I download desktop version for my windows system. Did this and software tired to force me to install Chrome browser.
Screw this deceptive fraudulent piece of spam/spy/malware... Have removed from my machine & Firefox. - Rated 1 out of 5by farcus, 4 years agoThis says unlimited and free, but it said wait 30 minutes because you used all bandwidth?

Rumor has it they share your data for profit, no surprise there, they all do that. Have not found a good free vpn yet. they all suck. Browsec is the least troublesome and most stable. was using adguard vpn but that has gone to hell also. junk, junk and more "recommended" JUNK
10-2-22: need a vpn to protect your privacy? Look elsewhere. They require a REAL eimail address to register now. Soon they will go the route of their sister vpn hoxx and limit theiir IP to one or none unless you PAY.
4-25-22: It's ok, probably spyware (they all are). Found a MUCH better free vpn but I cannot tell you here which one it is to avoid overcrowding. But they are out there if you look carefully. This one is probably run by same outfit as Hoxx vpn, similar guid and Ips. Be careful with sites iding your home ip through webrtc-always check this first. I think it's a bit better than hoxx which tends to be buggy and slow. Sites have other ways of iding and profiling you, they co not just go by ip and browser any longer.
UPDATE 9-29-21: RUN BY SAME OUTFIT AS HOXX. DOES NOT WORK ON FFORX LATEST, WILL NOT CONNECT PERIOD. STALLS.
UPDATE 7-14-21: DOES NOT WORK ON FFOX 89+, WILL NOT CONNECT TO ANY PROXY. NO ERROR GIVEN. WORKS ON EARLIER FFOX VERSIONS AND THEY GOT RID OF ALL THE PERSONAL QUESTIONS. THIS IS HOXX VPN UNDER ANOTHER NAME
fake vpn, a copy cat same gui as hoxx vpn. Asks a bunch of personal questions to "register" including email address. Then deletes your account when you don't give them all the info they ask about you. No notice, no warning. Nothing. Has like 2-3 free servers, rest require payment. Slow as molasses. Don't waste ur time. - Rated 1 out of 5by uneeb satti, 4 years ago
