Release notes (AMO "Release Notes" field, v0.1.1)

Fixes the extension after Garmin Connect's migration to the new /app/* SPA.

• Updated to match upstream Chrome extension 1.5.6
• Authentication switched from localStorage Bearer token to csrf-token + cookies
• API endpoint updated to /gc-api/workout-service/
• New URL- and DOM-based page detection (works with Garmin's React app)
• Runs as a content script (no more page-world injection blocked by Garmin's CSP)
• Declared data_collection_permissions: none
• Replaced innerHTML with textContent (no functional change)

This extension is a personal port of Filippo Pisano's "Share your Garmin
Connect workout" Chrome extension, adapted for Firefox. I update it when
Garmin breaks it and I happen to notice, but there is no roadmap, no
guaranteed response time, and no support commitment.
