I've had this extension installed for many years, but in recent months, every page I've seen flagged anti-trans, with the exception of exactly one violently hateful one and its content, and things like, say, the Wikipedia page for JKR, has been a trans and/or intersex person who uplifts trans voices and practices extensive advocacy - the exact definition of what the extension guidelines define as pro-trans - who also discusses and uplifts intersex issues and voices. Meanwhile, genuine TERFs fly under the radar or are even marked pro-trans. It simply is not sufficiently effective for the purpose it was meant for anymore.
