Overview

Shop.by Price Overlay is a browser extension that displays prices from shop.by directly on onliner.by product pages.

Data Collection

We do NOT collect any personal data.

The extension does not:
- Track your browsing history
- Collect personal information
- Use analytics or tracking tools
- Share data with third parties

Local Storage

The extension uses your browser's local storage to cache product prices for 6 hours. This data:
- Is stored only on your device
- Is never transmitted to our servers (we don't have servers)
- Is never shared with third parties
- Can be cleared by uninstalling the extension

Network Requests

The extension makes requests only to:
- onliner.by - to read product pages
- shop.by - to search for prices

These requests are made directly from your browser. No intermediary servers are used.

Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions:

• Purpose: Cache product prices locally to improve performance
• Usage: Stores price data in your browser's local storage

• Purpose: Display price overlay on product pages
• Usage: Injects UI elements to show Shop.by prices

host_permissions: https://shop.by/*

• Purpose: Fetch product prices from shop.by
• Usage: Makes HTTP requests to search for product prices

Remote Code

The extension does NOT execute any remote code. All code is bundled with the extension package and is reviewed by the Chrome Web Store.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
