Image content within the area you selected (for OCR only)
Recognized text result
Local settings and latest OCR result stored in your browser

3. Storage and Data Transfer
OCR is performed locally by default.
We do not intentionally send your screenshots or recognized text to our own servers.
If Tesseract is enabled, language files (for example, eng) may be downloaded from a public model host on first use and then cached by your browser.
4. Permissions We Request
activeTab / scripting: inject selection and OCR logic into the active page
tabs: identify active tab and perform capture flow
clipboardWrite: copy recognized text to clipboard
storage: store latest OCR result locally
host_permissions: <all_urls>: allow OCR selection on pages you choose to use
5. Third-Party Components
This extension may use third-party OCR components (such as Tesseract.js) and public language model hosting.
Your OCR content is not intentionally shared with third parties; external requests are limited to loading model assets when needed.
