- Rated 1 out of 5by Andrey, a month agoA very ugly UX pattern. The extension doesn't work for free and immediately asks for registration. And most importantly, why are they charging money there? It's a scam.Developer responseposted a month agoThank you for your feedback. Recently, Firefox introduced changes that temporarily broke the extension, which caused a poor user experience. We’ve fixed the issue, and as part of the update we’ve added a great new feature — the extension now extracts visible CSS colors directly from the current viewport and ranks them by on-screen area.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18550382, a year agoI was unable to get this extension to create a single palette on multiple different websites. The only part of this extension that works in FF 129 is the countdown timer that shows how many hours are left in your free trial. You have to give them a valid email to get to this point.Developer responseposted a month agoThank you for pointing this out. The issue was caused by recent Firefox updates that temporarily broke the extension’s main functionality. We’ve fixed it, and as part of the update we added a powerful new feature — the extension now extracts visible CSS colors directly from the current viewport and ranks them by on-screen area.
- Rated 1 out of 5by ant, 2 years agoReally shady, when you use it for the first time it asks you to log in, you click a link and it will only load 1/3 of the time, once you have logged in they send you a email to verify your account, either its delayed or simply does not send. it has features other then site palettes, neat, huh? well until i found out i was being charged for it, what? not once did i see a pricing while i was doing any of that, it turns out if you scroll down on the extension page Then you are informed that it costs money, when i was logging in, would it not hurt to tell me that it was paid? Would it not hurt to fix your website? Would it not hurt to tell me that it automatically starts the payment? considering you can get extensions like this for free? there is a extension called "color" by Fardos. it has all this and more for free. dont try to monetize small quality of life features, not for a price of this amount. (also the five star reviews are probally bots.)Developer responseposted a month agoThank you for your feedback. We’ve taken your experience seriously and improved the process: the extension now works reliably, login and verification issues are fixed, pricing information is clear, and all bugs related to Firefox updates have been resolved. In addition, we’ve added a new useful feature — the extension can now extract visible CSS colors directly from the current viewport and rank them by the area they occupy on screen. We hope you’ll give Site Palette another try.
