Skip Proofpoint Redirect by tsung-ju

Some email systems rewrite hyperlink targets into URLs that look like: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=... . This add-on extracts the original URLs from the rewritten ones, and forward the requests directly.
Supports v1, v2 and v3 URLs.
