SlopSimple is an AI post detector and adjustable feed filter for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. It checks eligible posts for AI-writing signals as you scroll and can automatically hide posts above your chosen threshold. See an AI-likelihood percentage beside a post, open the badge for details, or choose Show post to reveal a hidden post.

Account and price:
Install SlopSimple and open X or LinkedIn. Checks and filtering start automatically, without signing in or opening the extension popup. Your seven-day free trial starts on first use, without an account, payment card or automatic charge. It allows 20 distinct post checks per platform per UTC day. You can customize settings without an account. When you’re ready to manage a subscription, create an account and click Sign in in the extension to connect it. Connecting continues the same trial with the same end date; the account’s daily allowance is shared across devices. Rechecking an admitted post that day does not spend another check; cached checks count and failed attempts can count. The allowance resets at midnight UTC.

After the trial, checks require an active subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year, billed in USD plus applicable taxes. Subscribing starts recurring billing immediately and removes the trial daily cap; service usage and capacity limits still apply. Manage cancellation through your SlopSimple account. Installing the extension does not charge you.

Scope and limitations:
This is a desktop extension for X and LinkedIn web feeds. Posts must contain 80–12,000 characters. It can read collapsed post text already loaded in the page. Images, video, comments, quoted-post text and private messaging panes are excluded. A score is an uncertain estimate, not proof of authorship. A low score does not rule out AI assistance. SlopSimple is independent of X and LinkedIn.

Data use:
Eligible post text, platform and available creator identifier are sent to the SlopSimple service. Post text is processed by TypeSafe AI, with Google Gemini as a fallback. SlopSimple stores result fingerprints and metadata for 30 days, without raw post text in its application database or application logs. Account connection uses a separate SlopSimple token.
