by JMJimmy, 8 years agoI've used this a lot over the years, I thought at one time that it should be added to the core build of Firefox. This latest version has completely destroyed what it was.
What's wrong in an overview:
- Completely removed the context menu on release so you can't decide what to do anymore or cancel an accidental selection/release
- All the options that came with the context menu are gone removing 99% of the functionality
- Unable to shape the box properly, one direction stays static and acts like a move function while the other resizes so you can never shrink a box
Badly done devs. Badly done. Now I have to figure out how to revert....

- Rated 4 out of 5by Tyrone, 5 months agoThe only reason why I rate this 4 and not 5 is because of my ADHD, I keep forgetting it exists, so if you could allow this addon to be pinned to the toolbar, it would significantly help. Thank you!

- Rated 4 out of 5by turkbro, 10 months agowould be great if it had different shortcut options for copying links or opening links in new tabs. that "ctrl after selection" option is not working.

- Rated 5 out of 5by sker, 10 months agoAfter firefox update certain websites such as Youtube would now scroll down when right-clicking. Removing extension solves problem, re-adding extension brings it back.
p.s. found a workaround - extension works fine with 120% page scale (and some others, but not any. try different and find what works for you) - Rated 5 out of 5by David_R, 10 months agoThe best link manager around.
However, in May 2024, a problem started to occur, where copying links down a long page, would begin to auto-scroll very fast; since SnapLinks hasn't had a recent update, I'm guessing this is caused by a recent Firefox update.
Therefore, if you have this happen, don't blame SnapLinks. Just hope the author notices this & works out a fix. I'd rather not go to a new extension, but this behaviour is very annoying. Still, 5 stars for what it actually does! - Rated 5 out of 5by Armand, a year ago

Removing extension solves problem, re-adding extension brings it back. -recent change corrected some but still issues at times
