Annotate changes right on the page. Press N on any element and type the change you want ("reduce width to 320", "match the header font"). Mark up as many elements as you need, then press Cmd+C once — each element is copied paired with your instruction, so your AI gets a complete work order with nothing left to explain.

Cleaner, cheaper copy. The copied CSS is now de-noised — default and redundant properties are dropped and longhands collapse into shorthands — so you send fewer tokens with no loss of meaning.
