posted 6 months agohi, the extension use the Firefox-sidebar to display spotify page, the limitations of that sidebar are made by Firefox itself and it is impossible for extensions change that behavior.- Rated 1 out of 5by grqfes, 10 months ago-doesnt just hover above page, pushes it to the side in a tiling fashion
-cant be minimized normally unless you drag its edge to the very left which isnt very elegant
-insane playback issues (which might be specific to me): when i click on a song i get "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." like 7 times until it lands on a song it likes which then only plays sound for the first 10-15 seconds after which it mutes and keeps playing, forwarding the time and lyrics. completely unusable but that might be just me(i say this because i had issues like this with spotify on my computer before(currently all resolved though in the spotify app)).
im writing this review in hopes of getting help cause i do want to give this a proper shotDeveloper response
posted 10 months agohi,
1.- The extension just open the spotify page into the Firefox-sidebar. The sidebar push the content cause is design like a split view and its function is limited by Firefox, not me.
2.- The sidebar can't be minimized (just close) and can't keep its function (play music) on the background. I didn't see any extension doing that cause AFAIK it is impossible.
3.- That seems like a problem just for you, my extension don't affect the functionality, just affects a little of the UI of the web when the sidebar is smaller width than 800px.
