STILL - Art & Space for New Tabs is a Firefox browser extension developed by Rushil Bhatia.
STILL does not collect personal information, browsing history, passwords, cookies or financial information.
STILL does not operate an advertising network, analytics service or user-tracking system.
STILL stores gallery preferences, recently displayed image identifiers, rotation settings and cached public artwork metadata locally using Firefox's extension storage.
This information is used to maintain your gallery preferences and display artworks. It is not transmitted to a server operated by the developer.
STILL retrieves publicly available artwork, image metadata and astronomical imagery from services operated by the Art Institute of Chicago, NASA, ESA/Webb, ESA/Hubble and Wikimedia.
Your browser makes direct network requests to these services. As with ordinary website connections, the providers may receive your IP address, browser request information and the URLs requested, subject to their own privacy practices.
When you submit a search, STILL uses Firefox's browser search API to open a search using your configured search engine.
If that API is unavailable, the current version falls back to Google Search. Search terms are therefore transmitted to the applicable search provider when you submit them.
STILL does not independently store search queries.
The developer does not sell, rent or share user information with advertisers or data brokers.
Privacy-related enquiries may be directed to the developer through the support contact provided on the Firefox Add-ons listing.
This policy may be updated if STILL's functionality or data practices change.
