Privacy policy for FocusFlow-Intentional Tab Design
FocusFlow-Intentional Tab Design by Akash Anoop Kumar
Effective date: September 4, 2026
Still is a new-tab productivity extension designed to work locally. We do not operate an analytics or account server for the extension, and we do not sell personal information.
Data stored on your device
Still stores your name, daily focus, tasks, quick links, preferences, focus timer settings, and focus-session history in Firefox extension storage. This information stays in your browser profile and is not sent to Still or its developer.
Optional weather data
Weather is optional. If you choose to set a city, Still asks Firefox for permission before transmitting location information. The city name is sent directly to Open-Meteo's geocoding service. The returned latitude and longitude are then sent directly to Open-Meteo's forecast service to retrieve current weather. Still does not receive this information. Open-Meteo processes those requests under its own privacy policy. Disabling or declining weather permission does not affect the rest of Still.
Search and links
When you submit a search or open a quick link, Firefox navigates to the selected external website. That website processes the request under its own privacy policy. Still does not record or transmit your search terms or browsing history.
Audio
Focus sounds are generated locally in your browser. No audio data is downloaded or transmitted.
Permissions
- Storage: saves your settings and productivity data locally.
- Optional location information: used only when you request weather for a city.
Data retention and deletion
Your local data remains until you change or remove it, clear the extension's storage, or uninstall Still. Uninstalling the extension removes its local extension data according to Firefox's behavior.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes affecting data collection will also be reflected in the extension's Firefox permission declarations.
