if a website fully loads on background styles are not loaded at all on firefox 57.0.2 refresh brings it back.

Open a website that has style
Middle click a link
Let it fully loaded
Switch to new tab
Style not loaded
Refresh
Styles are back

edit: as ver1.1.7.8 seems fixed thanks for fast feedback
