Switch weather API to Pirate Weather and update UI
Replaced Accuweather integration due to paywalling of free plan with Pirate Weather, updating API calls, settings modal, and input fields to use latitude/longitude for location. Updates manifest to add host permissions for Pirate Weather and increments version to 1.2.4. The UI and localStorage keys are adjusted to reflect the new API and configuration.
