- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13428877, 7 months agoReally like how easy it is to use although the current upgrade (since I used my laptop) broke something because I can still do things like verify my account and use other features but when I click on connect I keep getting a " initial_request_failed" error which doesn't go away even after turning off the clean web option (which was off before anyways) and reinstalling the add-on however the app on my laptop works just fine.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18447677, 7 months agoI downloaded SS for MS and Firefox when I set up this PC, and SS shows up when I look at my extensions. However, when I look in the SS security section of SS, it tells me to download both SS for MS and Firefox(FF). MS downloaded and install with no problems. When I try to download SS for FF I get a FF popup that tells me FF doesn't monitor SS or recommend it and there is no download button. It does offer a remove option. As RESULT, I am guessing SS for FF is already installed, but it I am confused with why SS is recommending/ saying I need to download either MS or FF when the set them up previously and why one downloaded and the other does not. What is the deal?
