Synergy Network Wallet - Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Synergy Network Wallet is operated by Synergy Blockchain Labs, Inc. under the Synergy Network brand ("Synergy," "we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. The Wallet is designed as a non-custodial software application, meaning you retain control over your digital assets and private keys.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Synergy Blockchain Labs, Inc. is the data controller for personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
We aim to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the Wallet, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and provide a secure user experience. The Wallet does not provide banking, brokerage, custodial, investment advisory, money transmission, or financial services.
2. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create a traditional account or provide personal identifying information to use the Wallet. Limited data may be collected or processed as described below.
2.1 Device and Technical Information
• device type and operating system version;
• application version;
• general diagnostics, crash logs, and performance data where enabled or necessary for troubleshooting;
• security or operational logs where reasonably necessary to protect the Wallet or investigate abuse.
2.2 Network Interaction Data
When you interact with blockchain networks through the Wallet, public wallet addresses, transaction data, network requests, RPC requests, and related blockchain metadata may be transmitted to blockchain networks or infrastructure providers. Much of this information is public blockchain data and may be recorded on distributed ledgers outside our control.
2.3 Support Communications
If you contact us at support@synergy-network.io, legal@synergy-network.io, team@synergy-network.io, or privacy@synergy-network.io, we may process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, device information, screenshots, issue descriptions, or other support-related details. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, or PINs.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
• private keys;
• seed phrases or recovery phrases;
• wallet passwords or PIN codes;
• biometric authentication data;
• full off-device transaction history maintained as a user profile;
• personal identifying information unless voluntarily provided for support, legal, privacy, or business communications.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Data Storage
4.1 Local Storage
Private keys and seed phrases are generated and stored locally on your device. Sensitive wallet data is protected using industry-standard encryption mechanisms and platform security controls where available.
4.2 Remote Storage
We do not store your private wallet credentials on our servers. Data transmitted externally is limited to what is necessary for blockchain network requests, supported RPC endpoints, optional analytics, diagnostics, support, compliance, or security operations.
4.3 Retention
Limited diagnostics, analytics, support communications, privacy requests, legal records, or operational security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or improve application performance.
5. Third-Party Services
The Wallet may interact with third-party blockchain infrastructure providers, RPC endpoints, explorer services, price providers, analytics providers, app store services, dApps, websites, and supported ecosystem services. These third parties may process your IP address, public wallet address, transaction requests, device information, or public blockchain data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control third-party privacy practices. Review third-party privacy policies before using third-party services.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, processing may be based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Wallet, consent for optional analytics or similar features where required, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights or safety.
7. Security Practices
We implement security practices designed to protect the integrity of the Wallet, including local encryption of sensitive data, no transmission of private keys or seed phrases, secure communication using HTTPS/TLS, code auditing and testing practices, and minimal data collection architecture. No system can be completely secure, and you remain responsible for device security, wallet backups, and avoiding phishing or malicious applications.
8. Children
The Wallet is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Transfers
Information processed by us or third-party providers may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights apply only to personal information processed or controlled by us or our authorized service providers.
Public blockchain data may be immutable, publicly accessible, and outside our ability to modify or delete.
11. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date or by posting an updated version through the Wallet or website. Continued use of the Wallet after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
