Tab Count Limit by public.taylor.h

Automatically closes tabs that exceed a user-defined limit. The user can set this limit in the "manage extension" options pane.

The user can group or pin tabs to ensure they are not deleted, can enforce this limit on one window or multiple windows, and can enforce pinned tabs loosely or strictly.
