About this extension
This is my first small project. I will be updating this a few times to polish it up. It's as basic as they come. Click a tab, click the tab-refresh icon(turns red to green), indicating the refresh is working on the current tab, click it again to turn it off.
You can navigate to other tabs while tab refresh is active elsewhere.
In the near future, I'll have a drop down menu with pre-set intervals.

-Fixed a minor issue where the icon in the toolbar would revert back to it's 'off' state, even though Tab Refresh was still active.
