Seems to work fine..and most importantly also seems to successfully import "Session Manager" extension session files

In my installation it saves and restores tabs in their original order, no problems there.

I have 3 Questions:
---------------------

1) Where are the TSM session files saved? (their folder location)
...the "storage.js" file in the extension's folder does not include any relevant information.

2) Will "Session Manager" session file compatibility be maintained in the future?

3) Can the TSM session be converted to "Session Manager" files?

I just recently spent a week trying to salvage my sessions (several hunded tabs a piece) from another extension in FF Quantum, which were lost after a crash following an extension update.
Recently I saw a similar issue happen with TSM...

..I am terrified of this happening again because my work (researcher) depends on keeping and organizing sessions of saved tabs...
so I will be maintaining both a Quantum and a Gecko installation with SM installed, just in case...

I need a sort of "insurance policy" to maintain "mental health" and prevent professional disasters...

...of course one thing I can do is use my Cyberfox/Waterfox installation to restore a TSM session and then re-save it in Session Manager...

Since you have obviously considered the issue of SM compatibility, if there is any info you can share on this, I would be grateful

    Clicking on "open"(should open all URL's in that session) Does no more work in mine FF (158.0.1) I have to open all saved URL's manually now. IMpossible to do. I'll search for another app with the same functions

    This extension is abandonware, it has pages and pages of data loss issue reports dating back years, with zero interest from the maintainer, who only comes in every few months to upload new translations and update the list of financial supporters. For me personally, it worked for a while, until it consumed 4 GB(!) of disk space, plus 2.2 GB for json backups, and stopped working. Even after deleting the old data, it just won't autosave any sessions, which was the whole point of its existence.

    Just saved my ass. It's ridiculous that if you experience certain crashes in Firefox you can lose your entire session. I'm glad I downloaded this extension many years ago just in case because otherwise I would have lost 49 tabs today.

    I love this Add-On, it saves every single window with one single click, the UI is clear and easy. My Mac Mini was in sleep mode tonight and when we had a power outage tonight, Tab Session Manager saved me and I could restore my complete session this morning

    I have tried several other auto-tab openings extensions. This is by far the best and very powerful. The only thing I wish it did was allow you to drag and drop the order of how the tabs open. Regardless, it is a very professionally done extension. Thank you.

    Très pratique pour sauvegarder ses groupes d'onglets et reprendre une activité précise liée à ceux-ci. Il y a beaucoup d'options de sauvegarde pour choisir comment on utilise l'extension !

    Very High CPU usage on many tabs.
    Other wise is amazing tools i am using all the time. because of this issue i have to disable it and enable all the time to avoid my CPU fan go crazy.

    Garbage extension. Can not find specific previous session. UI absolutely terrible. I can not emphasize how much I hate this PoS software. Uninstalling.

    Cloud sync is broken, infinite loading (Same thing like GitHub issue 1451). Suggested fix to delete all data does not work.

    May work well for local-only use. But extension explicitly advertises cloud sync feature.

    Do not use this on browsers with multiple workspaces like Floorp - it moves all the tabs to one workspace, rendering the extension worse than useless.

    The addon is not bad, at first glance. He copes with the assigned tasks, BUT very frequent begging for money (donations) is very annoying. I even started writing down the dates when the internal "thank the author" timer went off.
