- Rated 5 out of 5by Child of Chernobyl, a year agoIts function is good, but if you're using Firefox with a darker theme the pinned icon becomes invisible...
Edit: I can see now that you are correct. It works fine with the build in dark theme. Guess I'll find a new theme then ^^Developer response
posted a year agoThis is unfortunately most likely a problem with the specific theme you're using. Tab Stash supports both light and dark modes, and changes its icons accordingly depending on what mode the browser thinks it's in. If you're able to reproduce this with the built-in dark theme, please do let me know on GitHub though! - Rated 5 out of 5by Alanyyab, a year agoAaaahh I really wish I could use it. However, tabs that are opened from it open to the right-most side of tabs. I wish there was an option to open tabs next to the current tab because it's really a great extension otherwise.

posted a year agoThanks for the review and the feedback! I'll be sure to keep this in mind for a future release. There's also an open feature request for this on GitHub which you can vote for if you'd like: https://github.com/josh-berry/tab-stash/issues/415 - Rated 5 out of 5by TRASHBOAT, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Yinmin, a year agoused to use tabsoutliner for the longest time, which kept me on chrome, but missed the option to export trees separately. Finally took the plunge and this fits the job. At first a bit confused about tabs just being hidden, which caused trouble with twitch tabs auto-redirecting by the hosting/raid feature, but I have since found out that you can turn this off.
In conclusion, a fantastic extensionDeveloper response
posted a year agoGlad to hear it's working well for you, and thanks for letting me know about the Twitch issue! I'll look into whether something can be done to address this. - Rated 5 out of 5by Sam, a year agoThis is the best tab stash extension I tried so far. One click icon stashes all your tabs. In my case, I use Nightly daily which instability can sometime happen with a runaway memory leak which I use the one click icon to stash all tabs at once. Stashes are organized by titling new stashes with date and time. I like the side bar usage as I became accustomed with other extensions that make use of the side bar.

posted a year agoHigh praise indeed! Tab Stash isn't approved for use as a skin-care product, but I'm glad you found it exfoliating. Thanks for the review! - Rated 5 out of 5by Kit-kat, a year ago

posted a year agoYou’re quite welcome, I’m glad to hear it’s helpful and that you’ve found it easy to use! - Rated 5 out of 5by Cyberknight, a year agoVery addictive extension. Because tabs are saved as bookmarks, it's fully compatible with any other extension that manages/saves sessions. It also grants that even if disaster happens, the tabs are bookmarked, so they can manually be clicked on and restored. The side bar with a list of tabs per window makes browsing through hundreds of tabs so much easier (and they don't have to be all kept open and draining memory, they are just bookmarks!)

posted a year agoThanks for the review! Others have asked for this feature as well, and while it's unfortunately not something that's likely to be worked on soon, you can follow it on GitHub here: https://github.com/josh-berry/tab-stash/issues/224 - Rated 5 out of 5by logi, a year ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Jake P., a year agoOnce you get the hang of it (took me about a week), this really is a good alternative to Chromium "tab grouping". This plugin lets you switch quickly between sets of tabs. And while that's not quite as convenient as tab grouping in the tab bar, it's pretty darn close.

posted a year agoThanks, I'm happy to hear you're enjoying it!
You're right that it's not quite as convenient as tab grouping, since you have to intentionally save things to Tab Stash. I hope the trade-off is worth it, though—I've found that intentionally saving things to groups makes it easier to keep them organized.
Regardless, thanks again for your review!
