    Add UI and background support to open all tabs in a category and to delete a category along with its items. Popup: new Open All and Delete buttons and handlers (openAllInCategory, deleteActiveCategory) that call a new background action. Background (Chrome & Firefox): implement deleteCategoryAndItems message to remove items, clear alarms, store undo tokens, and remove category records with context menu rebuild; improve addItem to treat duplicates by moving existing item into a category (showing a success badge). Also: wrap auto-delete logic in try/catch, add new i18n keys for the buttons, include the new action in ENCRYPTION_WRITE_ACTIONS, and bump extension versions to 1.0.8.
